  Did not go in to buy groceries. Wanted to pay a bill as it is a recognized SCE&G Bill Pay site. The lady was less than cooperative after making me wait for nearly 5 minutes. I had to come there with cash and would not accept anything to pay the bill. Never going there ever again.

  Piggly Wiggly is expensive, we all know this.
  
  We accept it because they provide exceptional customer service, focus on providing items sourced locally, and keep their stores very clean an organized.
  
  Which was why I was shocked to visit this location and find that none of that is true here.
  
  The store is dirty (I pointed out a spill to a cashier and he shrugged), there is expired food on the shelves (they took it all down while I was there and put it back the next week!), the customer service is painfully horrible (seriously, all the employees have that retail 'I'm dead inside' look that comes from bad management), and the parking lot is always covered in litter.
  
  It's so sad, like seeing a friend after a few years who turned into a meth head.
