- 2 / 5By Lisa GaniI've been to this location several times, eating inside, drive through and rapid pick up.... sigh.. clearly they need to get their stuff together. I always order the following Tegan chicken panini and it is different every time!! So annoying. The rapid pick up took forever when there were barley any people in the store. The drive thru takes forever. Very inconsistent, sloppily thrown together food, most of the staff is nice, but overall frustrating experience. I'll probably go back, but will expect to have to tell them to redo my order or wait forever.March 06, 2017
- 1 / 5By Ti'Arra JonesThe kitchen staff at this location give Panera a bad name. They bickered and stood around while multiple orders were on the queue. It took 30 minutes to get my salad. Turns out one of the kitchen staff walked away from making it and I had to get a manager involved. Just make the drive to West Ashley or Tanger.June 23, 2016
