  I ate at Dickeys for the first time this week and I wasn't pleased. The food was phenomenal!... The staff wasn't. The cook intentionally kept his voice low and when repeatedly asked to speak up he got lower and lower. Plus he intentionally took his time to prepare the orders. I'm giving 5 stars because I refuse to let a worker of an amazing resultant ruin it's business.

  I usually like dickey's but i went there tonight with my family and we ordered four dinners. first thing i noticed was they were taking plastic wrap parcels of meat out of a metal box unwrapping them and putting them directly onto the platters. at first bite all the meat in all four meals was cold. when i brought it t the attention of the staff who stated "what do you want me to do I can put it in the oven if you want' I replied no I want you to serve BBQ hot and got my money back. '
  
  We will never go back there we went to Logans in summerville the food, atmosphere and service were great.
