  When I walked in I was the only customer, and there were 3 girls behind the counter. One was working while the other two were by the register talking and looking at the tips they made.
  When they finally acknowledged me and made my order the girl (Kat) gave me a small portion and she also gave me very little toppings. She also did not mix it well at all. She turned the ice cream about two times and then put it in the cup.
  I was not happy with this.
  You pay so much for so little already, so when a worker gives you even less you have the right to be upset.
  At checkout I asked her to punch my rewards card for Cold Stone and she refused. I shared with her that my last two visits were marked off by an employee there and she said asked me who was it. Really?! You expect me to remember who the person was. Silly girl.
  
  I walked out upset and disappointed. Won't be back unless it's for free ice cream.
